I’ll start getting excited when WERA has a confirmed date there. Until then, I’ll assume it will be another Bluegrass, or NCBike, or, AMP, or NYST.

I can see the car guys around Knoxvegas doing an AMP model. Would be great if they’d work with WERA so bikes can use it too....but it’s good to have dreams.
Yep, I’ve said that same thing in the past. When in the design phase, why not bring in Mongo, JU, Bargy, someone like that to make sure there aren’t critical flaws that make it unsafe for bikes. It’s even worse when the track is like 90% safe, but can’t be used because of 1-2 areas that could have been prevented.

We have that issue around here with Eagles Canyon Raceway. A fresh repave and new ownership will only allow a sport bike school to run there, no open track days or racing, only car stuff. Shame, it’s really nice.

I recall a track somewhere in Virginia, no not VIR , around Thornburg or Petersburg, VA. It was about 5-10 years ago. Was there a track ever built in that area?
