If the bank is quashing SARs that should have been reported, that isn't good. It doesn't mean Trump or Kushner did anything wrong. It would certainly indicate something bad is going on at the bank. Given the way the rules are written, when you start doing high dollar and foreign transactions like Trump and his company are involved in, it would generally trigger some SARs even if nothing illegal is going on. The weird thing is why would they quash the SARs in this case? If found out it will just make people investigate it more.

I am not sure the House needs to look into this, but Treasury should certainly be looking into it.

I read both those articles and there isn't one fact there that could be checked.
No names, no dates, no amounts, no companies, nothing.
There isn't one thing there to show that Trump did anything wrong.
A swing and a miss.

 

Or it could be that any sane person would not want to get sucked into the witch hunt and maligned. Trump cooperated with Mueller to a level never before seen, not declaring privilege one time. He had attorney client privilege violated once and waved it once. And after all that no collusion. Yet the hunt goes on and will never stop so why cooperate one bit? This includes all of the businesses and citizens that spent $$$$$ for attorneys for the investigation that was into something made up, why repeat.
