Is it hard to bring a 2-stroke into the US from there? Can you just haul it across or do you need to ship it in pieces?
I’ve brought a couple across. For one of them, I just winged it and got away with it. No paperwork or questions. For the other one, it was a quick turnaround so I knew I would have some explaining to do. I filled out all of the EPA paperwork and the border officials called the seller to verify that he sold the bike to me. It took a couple of hours to get acoss into the USA.

This guy in Sacramento has 5 TZ’s for sale: https://sacramento.craigslist.org/mcy/d/citrus-heights-1995-yamaha-tz250/6784676613.html
I don't know the X-Ullrich bike. I raced with the owner of the bike for sale in Canada. It is located about 1-2 hours from me. It was always well maintained and has not been used much in the last 10 years. In my opinion, the 4TWs are the best TZs as the later 5KEs had issues with the cases that had to be addressed. The 4TWs were reliable and fast. I won't comment on the price as I have paid more for Honda RSs.
I’m not a fan of buying a bike blind. How would you make sure you get what you pay for? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
