Not that I’m not enjoying the meme’s, but back to the question. Is suggesting we arm teachers more, or less, political than suggesting we allow teachers to be armed?

Well how the heck can I point at the kids when they ask a question with out my arms (and consequently hands, fingers, etc)? (I'm channeling the Bear meme humor this morning and only three sips into first cup of coffee).
Singling out the children socially stigmatizes them. Developmental psychologists will be in favor of restricting teacher arms.
Well if you take away my arms, I won’t be able to grade papers or write lesson plans anymore...I’m starting to be against arming teachers
