Very few things are actually putting out 4K source material. Therefore, the 4K tv doesn’t/wouldn’t do you much good since the tv output is higher quality than the source. Hence, the TVs have upscalers to not only fit the picture to the screen/pixel size, but you will usually get better definition in doing so. Generally, not good enough to make a huge difference. But if the upscaler is of poor quality, it might actually look worse.
So where are you putting this TV anyway? Is the house ready to furnish already? I thought you were going to be out six months, or some shit.
In the apartment. They put TVs in it with the other furniture, but I don’t like them. They are small. I think the biggest one is 32”. I wanted a 65” in the Bedroom, an 85” for the Living Room, then I’ll get a 55” for the PS4. The other furniture is rental stuff, but I’ll take the TVs with me to the new house. Actually I’m having the Bedroom walls reconfigured so I can put a 100” TV on the Bedroom wall in front of the bed. I’m super excited. It will be like being in a theater.
I love TVs. I don’t know how to explain it. It might seem excessive, but watching TV is the only “release” I have other than riding and working out. I rarely ever drink, maybe once a month. There aren’t casinos around here so I don’t gamble. I dont go to titty bars or any shit like that. So I don’t see any issue splurging on TVs.
If you lived in a city with a casino, I think things would get really bad really fast. If they ever open one where you live, move. I don't see something like that ending well for you.
Chris.. Do you have the newest PS4? Think that is the only one that does 4K in the PlayStation family Sent from my LG-H932 using Tapatalk
There are actually 3 versions of the PS4 . The original in 2013 and then two versions in 2016. The best /Newest one out in 2016 is called the PS4 Pro. Sent from my LG-H932 using Tapatalk
