Does she deserve it? A porn star took to twitter saying she wasn't okay with the scene she was forced into. It wasn't supposed to be a rape scene and she yelled cut during the scene only to be ignored. She then had to tell them she was okay with what transpired to get paid for it. http://bzfd.it/2i0ln2U Oh and... (Kidding - I am honestly curious. Personally - even if you are a whore, no means no...unless John Candy means no...)
There's zero ambiguity here - if it transpired like she says, that's sexual assault. I don't care if she's a 20 dollar crack whore that you've paid; "no" means "no". How is it almost 2017 and we're still unclear about this?
Of course it's wrong. She will however, need a hell of an attorney to get any satisfaction from the courts. It would be her word against the director, other actors, stage hands, camera operator, and probably others that are not listed. She's in a sketchy profession to begin with so good luck to her.
That's rape. While I find her industry to be totally repugnant she still deserves her rights to choose what to do with her body
Amazingly she didn't go to the cops......she went to Twitter. I call BS. Maybe she had "buyer's remorse" after the scene was shot and didn't like the outcome of it and decided to claim she was raped. But if there's even a 1% chance she was truly raped do you think for a second she wouldn't have called the cops? And don't say she was too scared to report it, she wasn't too scared to plaster it all over the internets for all eyes and ears to know about. I think rape is an absolutely reprehensible act to commit, hence why if you are going to accuse someone of it you'd better have all your ducks in a row and not throw that term around loosely because its serious shit. So yeah, she may very well be telling the truth and didn't have any clue how to react constructively, but I just find it HIGHLY suspect to go parading around social media for attention about it rather than going straight to the police as one would think you should do in a situation like this. And there is a precedent here as there's been a couple of false rape allegations that have come up in the past like this. https://www.dangerandplay.com/2015/...rape-accusation-against-james-deen-is-a-hoax/
This reminds me too much about the controversy in Last Tango in Paris where the director recently admitted that Brando actually raped (sodomized) Maria Schneider..... Copy cat revenge?...
Hmmm, that's a good point I didn't even think about. Add to the things that makes it seem suspect...... https://twitter.com/nikkibenz/status/811016610957836288?ref_src=twsrc^tfw
So the way I read the story she was consensually filming a sex scene, yelled "cut" while filming and then claimed rape after the fact. It's like an MMA fighter agreeing to a fight, yelling "bell" and then claiming battery after the fact.
I apprehend her judgement can be quite off since she was repeatedly fukt by her dad while he wore a Snoopy mask. The cops probably didn't help then, so probably thinks they won't help now. Anyway, three "no's" means yes.
Couple of other women said the same director pulled the same crap while they were filming. Didn't tell them and coerced them to keep their mouths shut. The internet is a brutal place. Many women are saying she deserved it because of her profession. Just curious what the men were thinking.
Honestly I don't think she deserved anything due to her profession but I don't see anything where she was explicit about the fact she was no longer comfortable with the scene. Saying "cut" is not the equivalent of yelling "Stop, Ian no longer comfortable with this". It is also more complicated because she was already in the act when she alleges the rape occurred so the line has to be when she is clear that the act is no longer consensual. There has to be some onus on her to be clear where that line is particularly given the industry.
Its definitely interesting how there's all these women who corroborate her story but not a single police report or formal charge brought up against??? It's not a matter of "deserving it". No one deserves to get raped.....but if you lie about being raped then you "deserve" to have the book thrown at you and penalized to the maximum extent of the law.
