For Sale: 2011 Audi A3. All tinted windows and super bad ass. Winter package in the S trim. New tires on 16" rims. Diesel.
I would but I parked it and refuse to drive it because I don't want to be responsible for emitting any noxious chemicals into the air. I do think its funny that we have millions of Merican made monster and older trucks sucking gas and getting less then 10 mpg (and being used for daily commuters!) and its my 40+ mpg diesel Audi that get shat on by the EPA.
Sorry, Just kidding on the sale. Love this car.... its bad ass! I figure they will make us get the ECU re-flashed and then I will get it after market chipped to fix their fix. When we bought it the salesman recommended getting a performance chip as soon as the warranty expired - he said they make some really good ponies with a few tweeks.
I was going to bend you over the chair and price f@ck you. but if you do decide to sell, let me know. No reach around though.
Sam told me I could get an A3 TDI but only if I make the seller cry and I basically steal it. and it was white.
Mazdas in the last few years have not been, but that will change with the CX-9 and Mazdaspeed coming out next year. There's also that Nissan...I think nicknamed Godzilla.....
No Japanese turbo diesel in the small segments. Isuzu, UD, Hino are still in the medium duty truck game, IIRC. With turbo diesels.
Once again, i want to see the actual limits on the TDI and limits on other vehicles on the road. I'd bet that even with TDI's cheating they dont polute per mile nowhere near as much as what 75% of america drives. Gas guzzling SUVs and Trucks...
