Latest FB post is NOT good news sadly...

"Just got some devastating news. Kenny has severe permanent brain damage. His brain is still swelling and he is not showing some of the most basic functions. He may not survive, and if he does it's very unlikely he will recover. So we are told."

 

Prayers sent for Kenny and family. Latest update on Facebook seems grave.

Damn, that felt like a punch in the gut. I can't imagine how hard this must be for the family.

Not what anyone wanted to hear, but we are still hoping for the best possible outcome.

 

I just read that too - I am so heart sick and can't imagine how hard this is for Eric and the family - helpless is another feeling - praying that all find comfort and know that we all are here for you and wish we could take the pain away.

Very saddened by this turn of events.

 

The folks at Childrens hospital do great work. I had open heart surgery there in 1958, and I'm still kicking, so he's in good hands.

Even still we are praying like mad for a complete, and speedy recovery for Kenny, so hang in there kid.

 

Having my own son I am able to approach true sympathy for this situation. Every time I get remotely close I can't bear it.
