Hey, I've got a gen 5 zx10r with the AIM MXK10 dash. Bike has kit electronics as well as front and rear potentiometers installed with the expansion channels. However the potentiometers aren't currently setup for data logging. I have the potentiometers connected to the expansion channels but not sure how to setup the channels to read correctly or how to set them to "zero" with the suspension fully extended in the AIM software.
Do you have the correct Aim configuration for the MXK10 dash? If so, click on the gears icon and that will bring up your configurations. Double click on your configuration and that will open up your channels page. Under the channels tab scroll down and make sure the suspension front and rear options are checked. If they aren’t, that’s probably your issue. If they are checked already you may be plugged into the wrong channel. Next to the check box it will show which channel the sensor is assigned to. Make sure you’re sensors are plugged into the right channel. If all that is correct you should be able to connect to the dash (either through wifi or a cable), click on the double arrow icon and bring up live measures. In there you can zero the sensors. Here’s the information from AIM’s website…. https://www.aim-sportline.com/us/products/plug-and-play/mxk10/5thgen/index.htm
Got it out to the track finally with the new dash configuration. Bike is throwing a KDS Code 0 engine light. But if I cycle the bike it goes away. Not sure what that's about
