I pulled the carb off my '09 150r this past weekend. I need to get into it, but I know I most likely will need to re-jet for high altitude and also mess with the float bowl as the carb leaks when the bike is leaned over. Are any of the rebuild kits like All Balls good to go for rebuilding, or should I just try to find the individual OEM parts? TIA.
The $20 Honda o-ring and seal kit (16010-MEN-851) is a good way to get most of what you'll need as far as the rubber bits go. I like Jets-R-Us for the mid-body and throttle plate seals (you can't get those o.e.) if you're going that far into it. Sudco should have that stuff, too. 22. Seal 28-33mm 1099-816-6001 (SKU 021-032) (jetsrus.com) FCR-MX carb body middle oring kit HUA-1005 (jetsrus.com) I have never used any of the All Balls stuff (they have rebuild and mid-body kits) so I can't comment on them.
