70K miles for $70K. I know in the end it depends on a lot of things, but assume it is in good to excellent condition.
Penis. Yup, I laughed. I did not even look up known issues. My initial response was nope, nope and nope but that was based on year, mileage and price.. This is not for me but my brother who seems ready to "negotiate". I'm thinking that the first number should be a 5 to even begin negotiating / researching the specific vehicle. Apparently there are 15 CarFax incidents but I'm not sure that really means anything, could be oil changes.
Just bought a 2017 3500 C&C with 210k from a jacker wholesaler for 20. Ain't got no infotainment or a sunroof but the DEF tank is always full.
You don't want a 2019 unless the CP4 recall has been done. They are ticking time bombs. P.S. That price can F*#k off!
No but more info needed to make an educated price for negotiations. SRW or DRW? Does it have the HO engine and Aisin transmission? If it doesn't have this option don't even consider negotiating.
If he’s not in a bind everything that I keep hearing is the used market is about flip. Lots of new dealers are back to negotiating, not like it used to be but it’s a start. Play the game and see if you can get them down but 70 is way too high.
One of the financial reports I heard earlier this week noted that new prices are down but used prices went back up last month after a small decline December and January. Things are so twisted up right now that I have given up trying to predict.
They're great trucks, but for that number you need to fix what you have for another year People see me in mine but what most of them forget is that its billed out on jobsites 3 days a week. If I didn't do that I'd just get a standard f150 They're bumpy, expensive to maintain, eat front and components, and drink fuel that's a buck a gallon more. Throw some real cold weather in the mix and they're a flat out pain in the ass.....that being said....its the best personal work truck I've ever owned
