Next to last round for 2024. Toprak has a 39 point lead over Bulega.

 

FP1 is done and dusted - Toprak out front on a wet track with a 1'52.344 followed by Petrux, Alex Lowes and Taylor Mackenzie all in the 1'52's. GG was the second fastest BMW back in 12th with 1'54.264

 

Hoping for another solid round for GG. He's on a run of good form right now and goes well here.

 

FP2 finished -Toprak is still at the top with 1'37.355 followed by Petrux and Alex Lowes. GG is back in 8th with 1'38.438

Great comeback by GG again today - that boy needs to sort out qualifying and then if he stays this confident next year he might be a consistent top 6 finisher on the Kawi.

Killer finish in superpole race. Sad Garrett couldn’t get into the top 9.

 

The WCR race was pretty entertaning.

 

Super boring race 2 in Superbike. Sure wish they hadnt added weight to Bautista's bike as maybe he could be battling with Toprak this season. Are they going to handicap Toprak next season after winning so many races this year and the championship? Doubtful...

I'm curious too. He had fought up to P11 in about 1.5-2 laps and looked strong to keep climbing.

You don’t really have a particularly good grasp on performance balancing do you? Lol

 

Sure I do.... But toprak has won 17 races this year and when Bautista was winning last year everyone was up in arms about the bike is too fast with him one it. They gotta do something about the Ducati... blah blah blah. So this year they add weight to Bautistas bike because hes so small and Toprak gets onto a faster bike and now hes winning everything. I get Toprak is a super talented guy but it sure would be nice if someone could challenge him at least. I feel like if Bautista had the same bike as last year it would be at least closer and we would have better battles at the front instead of toprak running away with it.
