ESPN is going broke, as mentioned above. They can't afford to pay for the rights to broadcast sports any more. So now they broadcast "sports". And adult kickball. And whatever else they can afford to. They are firing all of the on air "talent" because they can't afford them, either.
I sure am glad they capitalized on "reorganizing" college sports conferences right before they started to run out of money... Sometimes the lack of on air "talent" makes even good games difficult to watch.
If you hurry to ESPN, you can catch the World Championship Air Guitar Finals! Don't worry, they have great programming after that, Marble Racing, Microsoft Excel Championship, Foosball, Auctioneer Finals, One Wheel Finals. Electronic Darts, Wiffleball, Adult Kickball.
Damn, we were doing that in junior high school wood shop way back in, well, WAY BACK. Think late seventies, back when we actually had POWER TOOLS in school. If I knew it was going to be a thing, I would've turned pro. I COULDA BEEN A CONTENDA!
I believe so. But if a child company keeps losing money, how long does the parent organization prop it up?
