What’s the consensus on a summer undersuit? I’m headed back on track w/in the next month or so and with full summer starting in the mid-Atlantic I need some ideas for an underlayer.

I recently bought Underarmor warm weather pants and shirt. First weekend was a big improvement over the old compression shorts and t-shirt I used to wear!

Whatever you do, do not buy the Alpinestars undersuit. I wore mine one time at Tally back in February and the entire crotch area ripped apart after the first practice session. When I sent pics of it to A Star they said all they could do was give me 10% off another pair. Keep in mind these were $80. I love their gear, but these were useless. Instead I bought a $12 pair off Amazon. They're supposed to come in today so I'll see how they compare. These are the Alpinestars that are total crap... https://www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/alpinestars-ride-tech-v2-summer-pants

Just don't wear them in the winter thinking they might help with the cold, they actually make you colder. My cold weather pair was in the wash so I figured these might help, they didn't help, and I went commando the rest of the day :D

Thanks. Very helpful to know what NOT to buy as to what works.

I never wore an underlayer but my son swore by them. I finally tried it at Tally and damn, what a difference. It will definitely come in handy next week at Nelson with temps in the 90's.

I have a Nike Dri-Fit set-up that has been holding up well for nearly 10 years and roughly 12k miles of use. Over the last 20 plus years I tend to gravitate towards Nike gear as it has always had the most durability.

Bison makes a good one. It’s the only one I’ve seen with a zipper fly. Old people like me appreciate convenience!

I’ve been happy with the one I got from Moto-d, especially for the price

This is the front runner so far. Any other experiences with this one? I use STG when I can.

Do you know how I can get a size chart? There isn't one on the website any more.

I always used under armor heat gear. Helped move sweat off my body and made it possible to get into and out of the leathers.

I've used the one from Cycle Gear with great success.
