I am prepping my 06 GSXR 1K and wanted to know if the oem kill switch will work or do I need to add an additional one to race?
I've have already looked at the threads and didn't see any info on this.
    Thanks,
    David

Why do you need 2 switches? A dead man switch?

No, I read in the CCS rule book that said all bike must have a kill switch, but I know that all modern sportbikes including my 05 GSXR 1000 has one on the throttle side.
I just wanted to make sure as I am prepping my bike.
    Thanks,
    David

Not knowing CCS rules, why would it matter if the kill switch is on the throttle side or not?

OEM kill switch is fine. Which side it is on is not important.
