I would also say, the V2 is a great bike, but it does have it's quirks.. as most bikes do. The F3 is just so well sorted with it's planted confidence and usable power I do think in the raw the MV is a much better bike. When you get into stuff like MotoAmerica or WSS, the rules limitations neuter each bike differently and the MV loses out a bit more sadly.
First quarter 2025 for the 990 RC R and second quarter for the 990 RC R Track. It's almost like I can't wait to get my hands on one!
I'd honestly say the same if you're looking for a thrilling ride. It gets a job done, but not spectacularly. Not blisteringly fast, soft suspension, handling is ok. For a cheaper bike it's fine, but I was also not overly impressed by it.
Super Duke R Evo? https://www.bentleyspowersports.com...ville-PA-20ebf753-24df-4920-a541-b140013d3578
yeah, it is the same as the Japanese bikes to me, I know I SHOULD like them because they are good bikes, but I just can't "vibe" with them. I traded in mine after about 5 months for my first RS660.
I bought a Streetfighter V2 this year. A 2023 holdover for a pretty good deal. I absolutely love it. It could be used for your stated use cases.
Aprilia fanboy here after 25+ yrs of nothing but GSXR's, I saw the light in the V4 and have had 3 in the past 5 yrs. Tuono Factory it is for you....as long as you're not stuck in heavy traffic for long periods of time. The V4 needs to breathe as you know. ...and be sure to add lightweight forged wheels to it. Adds a solid 25 HP on the butt dyno. Totally transforms the agility of the already awesome chassis/suspension.
First off, sorry your shit burned. I used to live in Ventura and know the area and roads well. If I were to live there again, the bike at the top of my list would be a Husqvarna 701 Supermoto or the KTM or Gasgas equivallent. Good for commuting, will embarass most bikes in the canyons, relatively cheap, and as long as it's not big willow, a hoot on track as well.
Since you work there, is it the owner you are working for the right price, or is the factory subsidizing the demo?
My track of choice is Streets. And that was why I had a SM in the back of my mind, it would be an absolute blast on Latigo, stunt or Decker. My Duke 790 was more fun than my RSV4 on those roads.
No but you can get any color Malgatech who makes them from AF1 and they're about half the price of carbons
Are you trying to help me sell my bike lol https://forums.13x.com/index.php?threads/21-husqvarna-701-sm.387712/
Oooooh, a resounding YES to anything with the latest (dual counterbalanced) KTM 690 motor in it. I had previously been trying to sell my Vitpilen 701, but since then I got a track day on it (Grattan Backwards) and some riding around town and I'm keeping it! I wouldn't want to spend 3 hours on the freeway, but 45 minutes across town would disappear in a hurry. -Tom
I demo-rode a KTM 690 at Daytona. Love that motor, and hope to add one to my fleet one day. Smoothest large piston single I have ever encountered!
