Is lamb loin chop any different than lamb chops?

The latter I cook over a hot braze to rare / medium rare.

A side dish of tzatziki which easy to make: sour cream (or plain yogurt), grated and drained cucumber, garlic.

Goes great with a beercicle (unless you're a brit, then it's lukewarm and you boil the lamb for three days...)

I had not seen that one before. Thanks. I prefer lump charcoal to pellets but that grill looks like it bridges the gap nicely.

Sweet. How would you compare the quality to other grills, like a Weber?

I’ve seen the smaller ones on sale at the odd big box store for under $300. Hard to build a UDS with a controller for less than that.

We just picked up a Blackstone 28” 2 burner for $249 at Ace. Went to look at another Weber 3 burner and Sam decided we’re going to try this for a bit to see and add the grill later.

Too cheap to not try and if it sucks we aren’t out a lot of cash.

A buddy gave me a couple Traeger discount codes good until the end of the year if anyone is interested. PM me and I can email the details. It's 20-40% off depending on what you get and 1-time use.

Can’t believe I never tried a propane grill top before today. I’ll never not have one again.

It’s literally life changing at the new K ranch.

They're bad ass. The travel ones for camping and the boat are a game changer.

After years of being an adult and not really getting big Christmas presents. This year I’m flying through all the holidays so my brother and parents went in and got me a Kamado joe.
He’s all into grilling and smoking things (yes I’ve said every innuendo toward him) but I’m excited.

Gonna try ribs first then Boston butt then a brisket.

We have a Blackstone in the toy hauler, and a mini pellet grill. Game changers.

Do a pork butt first. Can't screw the things up. Set it at 225 and walk away for the better part of a day. 14-16 hrs later when it hits 205, yank it off and pull it. Brisket is $100 for a decent slab. Ribs are pretty easy too.

Follow the Aaron Franklin method on YouTube and you'll never be disappointed in your briskets again.

I made 3 shitty ones before I finally figured out what I was doing
