Red Bull have had 2 drivers that can't get close to Max. Looks to me more like a car issue than a driver issue. Max is the Marquez of F1. Shit car? Fuck it... we'll win it or bin it!

Mclaren... WTF. Why wouldn't they at least split that strategy? Even the taking heads on TV were puzzled by it. Ferrari was probably impressed.

Oh, I agree. I love the fact the dude is like Godzilla on the radio. He just should have stepped up a lot more. He runs around at the back of the field with drivers who started from pit lane, or pitted early from damage, yet that is just where he is......without issues......

And now that's 2 GP podiums for Sainz and 0 for Lewis. Anybody lay that bet down before the season started?

Lewis Hamilton reminds of a former multi-champion MotoGP rider that also stayed on maybe a year or two longer than he should have...

Its pretty well documented that Lewis has big issues with the brakes. Its really crazy that he's not able to adapt to them AT ALL.... regardless of Ferrari strategy, etc, he should be at least on par with Chucky and its not even close.

Charles Leclerc has had a significant advantage over Lewis Hamilton in 2025 qualifying, winning the head-to-head 18-5 in Grand Prix qualifying and 4-2 in Sprint Qualifying.

George outperformed Lewis in the past 2 years as well. Sadly, I think Hammy's time has come to an end.

Lewis has been outperformed by more than those two teammates, another one won a world title.

Watched some documentaries on the new cars....ewww.
    50/50 electric/ ICE .
More total horsepower but it looks like the amount of energy available per lap will actually be less given the sole source of regeneration will be braking.

Not sure how it will be done, but it is very likely that the engines will be running full throttle through slow corners, to charge the battery for use on the straights. How they will divide the power going to the wheels, vs charging the battery at the same time will be interesting.

Not sure it the rules allow, but I'd almost have the engine driving a generator 100% of the time, with the power output split between charging the battery, and driving electric motors that drive the wheels.

That's why he is the LOAT. Luckiest of All Time. HAM came into the series on a top flight team. Not a backmarker as per norm. He made the move from McLaren to Mercedes at the right time, with the help of Lauda. His teammates were almost always up there with the same car too, taking poles and wins. No one would put Bottas in a top tier of drivers, but he had the measure of Hamilton on numerous weekends.

Ergo, LOAT. Talented, yes, but I wouldn't put him in the stratosphere of Senna, Schumacher, Clark, Fangio...... Hamilton's stats are padded by having a car that was head and shoulders above the rest of the field for 5-7 seasons.
