The thing is, Max's tires before the Safety Car would have taken him to the end. They may not have been in top shape, but probably better than just putting on new hard tires. He would have had the lead after the safety car as McLaren pitted right away. He could have held off one or both with the lap remaining, based on how he drives. It would have been a podium. And Red Bull pulled a Ferrari..........
I didn't understand that choice either. I assumed there must be some safety car-related rule that I didn't know. There are a lot of rules...
Yo, @Dave K ! Grab your lotion and tissues and dive in. The rest of y'all needn't bother: no racing is being discussed in there.
https://www.formula1.com/en/latest/...ce-for-red-bull-junior.4ngeuuoCbuTtgXA2iuLlja Why even have super license rules. I think RB should just get to decide which drivers get them. I guess the writing is on the wall for Larson. RB chews them up and spits them out.
Who was the IndyCar driver who was going to race for the (currently) RacingBulls team a few years ago? Doesn't matter, he wasn't going to get a superlicense unless he did things the FIA way, never mind if he had the skills/experience to actually pilot one of these cars. Rules are only for the outsiders. PS did the FIA ever give a written response to HAAS about why their drivers' (Bearman) Q1 time was not counted a month ago?
Speed and Rossi were both in F1. I think Herta might be the correct answer. I know Palou was signed and on his way to McLaren F1 when Ganassi stepped in and said we still have a contract.
Anyone have the video clip of Brundle speechless after that moron Patrick said the track is not super challenging.
What a Q lap from Georgie boy! WOW! And LOL @ his post Q interview 'well, I have a few more points on my license to play with sooooo..... ' Race should be interesting since I don't think Merc has the race pace, and Lando down the grid going to be charging through.
While in a way I miss watching F1 on TV as I no longer have any sort of TV access, the highlights on YT uploaded by ESPN and F1 themselves are pretty good. Best thing about no ESPN access is not having to listen to this c***.
