It'll end up like football, squeezing even more races in without a thought about the participants. As long as there's a conveyor belt of drivers and support staff they'll be more than happy to chew them up and spit them out in pursuit of a profit.
LM built the Vegas track so that ain't going anywhere. I'll bet they add a NJ/NY race before dropping any of them. Follow the $$$.
It is still frustrating that a simple power train failure near a gap in a fence causes a 7-10 lap safety car period for the marshals to push, pull, or drag the car behind the fence. With their VSC tech, why can't just that one sector go VSC, and they race the rest of the track?
Wait, you seem to be pushing the ridiculous notion that the Hungarian GP is a second home race to a Spanish F1 fan or driver, and you have the audacity to call me a troll?
Exactly. Unfortunately when you put the bean counters in charge of everything culture and history go out the window and you get places like Vegas and Miami where just your hotel room ends up costing more than a week long trip to Europe for a race weekend.

True, but F1 is a business, they want to make money and as someone above stated, follow the money. The money is in the US of A. Europe is a mess, want Nostalgia, great this weekend there is a race for nostalgia. It’s a beautiful parade around Monaco with the most boring racing. I’m not poo pooing on Europe or the tracks there, I love watching most of those rounds. The scenery, castles, etc. but as for a business they’re doing what makes sense from a bottom line and viewership growth perspective.
