Just got through watching the Superstock race at Silverstone. Lot of rain on the track and Silverstone is very bumpy in parts (lot of bikes were dancing all over the place yesterday in Superpole), ought to make for an exciting afternoon for the SBK races. Laptimes in the SS races were around 1:45 for the leaders. Really weird to see bikes racing through huge puddle splashes each lap. The way the Aussies ride in the wet, my money is on Bayliss this afternoon (after the falls twice then gets up and rides through the pack). I think Toseland is going to try and protect his lead and ride for points.
I know its not on Speed, and North America can't get the live stream but you can get the full race footage from http://www.worldsbk.tv/page/loginOrBuy?WT.mc_id=assnhome, provided you want to pay rather than wait for Speed.
Steve, You are correct that North America doesn't get the live streams but, even after the races are run, you can't watch them on the WSBK website until after Tuesday when the big races air on Speed. Sometime on Tuesday night or Wednesday they will post links to all four of the Silverstone races. So what I usually do is watch the superbike races whenever Speed airs them and then I watch Superstock 600 and 1000 online on Tuesday night or Wednesday. The Superstock races are usually very good races but there's no commentary on the 600 race which is goofy but still good racing. Enjoy the races.
