Conceding implies an argument... I'm not here for that. The pot stirring does a good job of identifying the extremists though (not you)
i mean dude, like i said... the ability to be a salesman, get people engaged, identify and exploit talent in the right areas needed, see what's important and willfully push thru barriers... those are all skills of a leader. i won't deny him any of those. but they also don't vibe with how he envisions himself. and the house of cards then is, people continuing to believe the narrative. as soon as they stop, he's got nothing to fall back on (core hard skill wise). i don't think any of its a coincidence. along those lines man... my SVP is probably one of the most politically savvy people i've ever met. i don't want to BE him per se, but i admire watching him work. to the point where he'll change a single word on a slide 4 times to make sure it paints the EXACT picture, something i would just brush past. he always ends up on the right side of history. i would say it would be ultra rare for him to ever misstep, or if he does, paint himself into a corner with no spin or outs. its the one area of skills i'd say i've tried to pickup in my tenure here, where the hard math analysis is 2nd nature to me. MY knee jerk reaction, is to jump to the conclusion, because i can already game theory an entire convo in my head and i know where we'll end up, and i'll pull of a spreadsheet like, "HOW DO YOU NOT SEE THIS!?! ITS RIGHT THERE!!!" and i want to skip the 12 step back and forth argument of it all. where his skill is drawing the opponent/customer in, some people need the dance to get to where you want them to be, the whole psychology of it. i would say Elon's soft skills are outstanding. i DON'T think he's the genius he thinks he is or has convinced a bunch of people to be.
“Fucking laminated-faced cunt”. Bill Burr You could talk about that nut all day, but that pretty much sums it up for me.
Did you buy some back when I was skeptical about their ability to remain listed? Looks like a pretty damn good return since that day.

Are you fucking high? Too much that can't be discussed here, but I seriously doubt anyone's head is going to be used for a spirited round of Buzkashi after being ""betrayed"" by this administration.
yea we don't have to haha. economically, i find it funny the triple counting and the counting the full value of an IDIQ not-to-exceed contract as savings. but hey, manipulate them digits!
Hypothetically..... Fort Knox gets audited.... NY......and the gold we thought was there.....isn't there Does our currency value nosedive on the world stage ? Or do we pull a moon landing and televise a bunch of gold bars that aren't really there and drive our value up ?
If the admin is going to run on transparency then changing course 1 month in is not a good way to go about it. Confidence in gov't is already low and has been for a long time. It's time to come clean and stop with the charade. If there's fallout as a result deal with it and work thru it.
Never gonna happen. We'll never be told that the gold ain't there. Not ever. Even though 8000-something tons of it, even if marked-to-market, is maaaaaaybe 2% of the national debt that we even admit to, much less the hundreds of trillions of ACTUAL future liabilities... you'll never see an empty Fort Knox vault.
