    No, you're on topic :)

    This is copied straight from the book: 0.044–0.020 mm (0.0017–0.0008 in)

    But as for performance/race builds, there is a general rule of thumb you want to follow where if you are increasing CR you want to run on the wider side of the clearance (at least, that's what I've always been told)

    I assume that's for both the main and rod journals??

    Yes, it lists them as the "Crankshaft Journal Clearance" in the section discussing both mains and rods assembly. I believe that is a safe assumption to make. I have not gathered the bearing size increments yet

    Anyone recommend a dyno tuner near/around NC? 2WDW is too far for a dyno :(
