Buy this by the slab, share a bit and sell a little to friends at cost. $75 a pound for real Japanese A5 Wagyu ribeye. Can't eat big portions but nothing I've had anywhere compares.
Standing rib roast is just uncut ribeyes essentially. We get those for around $8 a pound around holidays and slice em 1-1 1/2 inches.
Food is my only real vice and even then it's cheaper than entertainment.
