    onesixsix Mmm... trash!

The "Competizione" that is not a Competizione.

"'Extreme attention to detail, ...., the F3 Competizione' will not be homologated motorcycle for the WorldSSP championship."

But hey, at $35K, at least it's affordable.

The bike doesn't gain over the WSSP bike, so no need to homologate this one. It is more of a reverse bringing Competizione to the public.

At least one manufacturer is still capable of making a bike with nice aesthetics.

I've always wanted to ride an F3 to see if I wanted to replace my 675R with one. But I've been warned to not let the 675R go before I do lol .

Are you talking a Triumph 675? The F3 800cc triple is a big HP upgrade. To me it is a perfect blend of getting the track weapon handling, responsiveness, and feel of an R6... but with an extra 30-ish HP that's definitely obvious immediately. The regular F3 800cc makes 147hp in either Rosso (R) or RR spec level.

    Didn't they advertise a F3XX that was <350 lb wet/fully fueled?

I wonder where the extra 50 lbs is from.

Yes. Technically that was supposed to be from Reparto Corse, a wholly separate race company that works with MV Agusta, so the F3XX was going to be a track-only bike. This is essentially that prototype put into existence as a street-able track bike.

Engine weight down by 14 kg (30.8 lbs.)! I’m saying BS with too much vino.

got any real world numbers like Dyno?

the last 765 Moto2 I did on Livengood dyno was 140 to the rear tire with just normal bolt ons.

    full system
    Rapid bike
    Filter
    140 exactly

I’m doing a few builds this winter and the first is a 765 Development mule. I’m hoping for around 150 to the tire reliably.

    will report back.

    lol

To me the F3 is the best looking bike of all time.
This version might be a little too much, but still beautiful.

Dyno numbers will come once bike start getting delivered. I think all that has been out there so far is marketing / press bikes. On the plus side, it’s not a completely new bike so they should be able to manufacture and distribute them fairly quickly.

I believe that is the whole machine’s weight drop, not just the engine.

2014 F3 800 Ago. Only 300 made. Someone at the Moto Club LA shop has one and it looks beautiful. There’s a really clean 2019 F3 RC in for service right now that I’m kind of crushing on and the guy is thinking of selling it.
I think the Ago may be holding around $15-$20k. The RC is limited also, but less-so. It does have a lot of aftermarket parts though like carbon wheels, CNC Racing parts, Ohlins shock, etc.

I’ll upload a pic of the RC later today.

Dare I say $35k is a bargain for that comparably speaking. I wonder if PMG is finally kicking in some influence to get the brand back going.
