Or, you could believe what Marc said in the post race interview, that he was patient until the tire performance dropped off and then he passed Alex and maintained a better place than they could. That isn't toying with anybody, he is just better able to manage worn tires and probably better at adapting his riding to match the characteristics of the GP25 than Pecco is and Diggia was. It looks like Diggia is figuring out the 25 and Pecco is still lost when the tires go off.
