Guessing a lot of you all can't get on the Beeb.

Not a peep about the couple of 'not Ducati' riders fastest in testing today at Aragon. Heck, even JU seems to be taking the day off today.

It's because Marquez made the Ducati unrideable and it sucks.

I only watched the 2min "highlights" video from testing. Vinales went faster than Marc's pole time! Can KTM bring more consistency......

Was disappointed no Yamaha v4 activity.

didn't watch testing or had the time to look up results.

good for them, progress means more competition, that's what we all want to see.

Yeah, having him help with the adjustment to Pirelli should be a big positive for the team. However, is Pirelli gearing up to make new tires for MotoGP, or will they be fully based on their SBK tires? Either way, it's better than going in with no data at all.

My understanding is that Dorna is requiring a MotoGP specific tire, not an off the rack tire. So it will still have Pirelli DNA, but it won't just be an SCX.

Vinales is something else. Feathers one day, chicken the next. When he's on, what an incredible talent. When he's not, well...

It's MFing JUNE and Pecco's team just now thought about trying larger brake discs? Can't be serious, they are winding us up.

I get it... people have strong opinions about stuff.... BUT, Ducati, the bike you're saying needs "fixing" is fielding 6 bikes this year. They occupy the top 5 spots with the 6th Ducati being ridden by a rookie currently in 9th in the championship with only 3 non-Ducatis ahead of him. I wouldn't doubt Aldeguer finishes the season higher than 9th too.

A MUCH better thought would be if Yamaha expects Toprak to fix the Yamaha, which sits last in the constructors championship; unlike Ducati that sit in an extremely comfortable 1st.

Yeah, just because Pecco has his panties in a bunch doesn't equate to the Duc being a POS. Marc traditionally isn't great at Silverstone. This weekend was right back to his normal ways. Rode around behind Alex and then when he felt like it, popped out front and disappeared. As you stated, the Ducs have swept the podium more than not.

Perhaps Ducati is smart enough to avoid "fixing" a competitive bike. They've taken the need to develop the bike off their lead rider. He can focus on winning races. That Dal'Italia guy might see the big picture.

This is what I'm saying as well. The Duc still performs miles ahead of the competition and will sweep the constructor, team, and rider championships again this year with ease. I would bet they do the same next year too.

The comment I had quoted was implying that the Duc "needs" fixing, which I disagree with. If anything, I view the decision to have Bulega help develop the '27 rules bike as a good / easy decision. He is the current top performer on the V4R on Pirellis and pairing him alongside long-time development rider Pirro means Ducati get the new and old together. Bulega also is not bound to prototype machine testing restrictions like the current contracted riders are, so he is more free to ride as needed throughout the next year and a half to have more efficient development. The only real possible downside is that Bulega very well be fighting for a championship in WSBK both years, so extra riding always means extra potential for injuries, travel fatigue, etc. I think developing a foundation for a '27 rule bike though is a high priority for Ducati Corse.

lol the folks saying MM doesn’t know how to develop a bike

seems the only ones semi struggling in the Ducati randomly are the Rossi Italian Camp riders….

the Mm brother and Fermin seem to be getting along with it.

but Marc could go to KTM and win and still wouldn’t get credit from some of the Rossi Dingleberries

He did such a good job developing the Honda that he ultimately left the brand to go ride a bike developed by someone else? I'm not saying MM's tenure at the factory team has/hasn't impacted development of the GP25, but given the trajectory the Honda took, I'd say it's unlikely that he's a great development rider.

Also, Morbidelli, Alex, and Fermin are riding the GP24.
