Yeah, the F1 crowd have cash to burn and british and bikers (doubly so with british bikers) are normally tightwads.

 

I wonder if the blame on the high ticket prices lies with the organizers having big eyes due to the 75th anniversary, or Dorna demanding a higher hosting fee?

Is Silverstone the official promotor for the British GP? I couldn't find a related promotor group that handles the deal.

Again, not sure if the cost to host has gone up considerably from Dorna demanding a higher hosting fee or if the promotor (Silverstone?) keep aiming for ticket prices higher than the fans are comfortable with.

 

Also helps that 3/4 of the F1 teams are British, while nobody is in MotoGP except Dixon.

I worry that his love of MM might eventually lead to Gigi's exit at Ducati. I hope that is not the case, but I see it as a possibility if MM doesn't get (much) faster or accept his place/pace.

Meh, anyone can easily find what they're looking for with those guys who only show up to post about one thing. Just search his posts next year.

 

If things go bad I'm guessing you'd actually want to bring this up say April 2026. Next spring is too soon and will just be all of you guys telling each other about your feelings and spreading (mostly) baseless rumors.
