BigNoseBob: did you quit riding because of your age or your capabilities as an athlete? you said ex-racer. why don't you still race? i think maybe someone wasn't good enough to make it as a draft pick. anyone that can keep a bike up right for 20 laps or so can finish a race. the point is where do you finish.

Cynical, not really. Facetious is more like it. :D

I’m just waiting for you to tell MJ that he sucks while challenging him to a game of one on one. :Poke:

nah. but..... i will challenge him to a game of one on one...... if he challenges me to a game of lap times, pacemaker/defibrillator programming, and lead guitar playing. :D

(can't wait to be montez' team-mate next year) :D

I went to Olivers camp with Tez and James, fun guys, of all people James liked Megadeath. Montez said he had never ridden a dirtbike before and at the end of the week was hauling ass, road racing might take him a little bit longer to kick ass.

mj23,....I raced AFM back in the Dark Ages. I had good success in production classes....CB750,..RD350,...and then TA125 in the GP Class. Capabilility was never a problem. Working in a bike shop and lack of money was the reason i quit after about 4 years. I actually prefer street riding more than racing,.....but I am in the process of building a track bike now.

At 57 years old....i feel real confident that i could at least FINISH an AMA race on Montez's equiptment. There will be no smack talking about where I think i would finish.....but I can certainly go around 18 times without crashing..or taking anyone out like Montez seems to do in every race I watch. I know 50 guys that deserve that ride more than he does.

Guys called me racist? The ONLY reason Montez got that ride is because he is the fastest black guy that Michael Jordon could find.
I say that's racist. Gettin an AMA ride oughta be about MERIT. and not about skin color.

actually Roland Williams is probably a lot faster and yeah, he is black. he would probably smoke most of the guys on this BBS. to say that Tez got the ride just because he is black is retarded, if MJ didnt like him he wouldnt have sponsored.

sponsors need to get some enjoyment out of sponsoring someone, did Tez being black have an advantage? maybe, did the fact that MJ and Tez actually got along in a social enviroment have any effect, definitely.

riding around the track 18 times and actually going out and trying to race 18 laps is totally different, by your thinking everyone that has ever crashed in T1 should just go home and not bother right? racing an AFM race is a far cry from racing an AMA race, maybe you should try and qualify for an actual AMA race next year, let us know how it goes

Yeah..OK...I deserved that. Maybe i couldn't qualify for an AMA race. Don't know never tried. But IF i could......i'd have a better track record than he does. Have you seen an AMA race that he actually finished? I havn't.

Are there any white guys on Michael Jordon's team?

Yes, Tez has finished some races, go to AMA and look up the results
And Yes there are some White members of the Jumpman Team.

Perhaps you should stick to "Smoking Cigarettes & Watching Captian Kangaroo".

Or do some background on a subject before you stub your toe on your teeth.

You think Montez is the fastest anything Micheal could find? You think Micheal "found" Tez. Dude get a clue. If Michael cared about having a team that won anything it would be so. This is nothing more than club sponsorship at a slightly higher level for a friend. That should be obvious. This is no AMA ride that someone else more qualified is missing out on. No Tez, no Micheal. At least not for now.

thats a pretty big statement from someone that has never actually taken the challenge of turning up to an AMA race to do more than spectate.

    coulda, woulda, shoulda

When you get done at the Klan meeting tonight go to USSuperbike.com. All the information you need to tell you why you should STFU is right there.

Are there any black guys on Aaron Yates' team, are than any black guys on Mat Mladin's team, are there any black guys on Tommy Hayden's team, are there any black guys on Lee Acree's team, are there any black guys on Miguel Duhamel's team, are there any black guys on Jake Zemke's team. By your standard all of the above are racists?????

And as far as IF you could qualify...at 57 years of age you shouldn't be able to get a driver's license much less race a bike you geezer. Feels good to know someone thinks you are a clueless F@CK just because of your age, doesn' it?

    GixxerBlade Oh geez

Yeah that is pretty messed up. I agree with you Guerilla.
