We each owe a death. I'd prefer that everyone laughs, cuts up, and has a great time at my wake.

Once you realize that you are not getting out of it alive you can get a lot more enjoyment out of life.

 

I'll concede on this one. She did a lot of shit earlier in her life that almost certainly had an impact on her health. Not everyone can be Keith Richards. Having said that I went a long time in life without hearing about young healthy individuals just keeling over under moderate sporting conditions. Pretty sure I am right about why that may be and pretty sure I am not worried about it as I am still in the control group.

 

It’s almost as if heart disease isn’t the leading cause of death in the whole wide fucking world

 

The only thing difference now than 20, 40 or 60+ years ago is that we hear every minute piece of news out there. They have to fill up the space with something, so now we have to hear EVERYTHING.

 

I don't doubt that is some of it but I don't think it is all of it.

 

No cardiac arrests for people under the age of 75 arrests prior to 2019. Learn something every day.

That's a symptom leading up to death. The real cause of death is the inability to inhale oxygen and exhale carbon dioxide. Always has been.
