Latest bike my crackhead neighbors stole, any idea what it is?

They drag in stolen shit all the time, ATV's usually, kids motorcycles, sometimes cars/trucks. Post on FB marketplace for sale, no clue what this particular bike is though.

 

Looks like a Tomos moped missing a few parts, to me.

Do you happen to assist the police in helping them recover said stolen goods???

 

Then where would he go for his crack needs?

 

Oh, I've sent pics and screen shots of at least 3 different things there were selling to 2 different police officers. One I know personally, absolutely nothing happens. I know our department is understaffed but it's like they really could care less unless it's a murder or something on that level.

 

I wish they would be gracious enough to share some of their crack (or most likely meth and heroin) Maybe then I could fit back in my old leathers!
