to fight a man- the 14 second submission against the #2 ranked Bantam weight female has me convinced. Rousey is so skilled at grappling I think it is unfair for her to fight another woman. The pay per view revenue from a fight between Rousey and a male Bantamweight would be off the charts! http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2015/03/06/ronda-rousey-100-percent-men_n_6816204.html
I think she has proven that she cannot be beat by a woman so why not see how she does against a man of the same weight class?
Bullshit. Even a man smaller and lighter than her of equal talent would pummel her. Men are just stronger. Sorry. I'm sure one of you dweebs will post a picture of some beefed up brawd saying something stupid like "really?" But that's not what UFC does. They go by weight. A man of equal weight and talent would really toss her around. Yeah she's dominant, but someone better will come along. They always do. This is dumber than Annika Sorenstam having to play the men.
A guy of equal weight in a bar? yeah. A guy at an equal weight and an equal skill level? Not a chance. You are right, it isn't all about strength. But when two people are of equal skill, the strength will be the advantage.
Many are making assumptions about her strength. It could be that she is very strong- perhaps as strong as some men. I see her submitting a guy with the signature arm bar completely plausible...she is that good.
You might be right. But I just don't see it. She would be fighting guys that have equal skill levels to her. And I doubt she is as strong as TJ Dillashaw.
