They’re not ready for that!! I been mainly quiet in this thread since the season started. Let me just say this. Most the complaints people are hearing are coming from parties not even involved in the series. From our stand point. Kramer and especially Joe and I forget the techs name with the state highway patrol mustache, have went above and beyond I feel multiple times during the race weekends. Joe stayed up late and waited on us as we repaired the bike that got launched 10plus ft in the air, to download the file we needed to be able to start the bike at 11pm. There has been some frustration during the year, but most of it hasn’t came from Kramer. Insert race link!
I’ll add that Ross is 19, and very much deserving of a Talent Cup ride. He would definitely be a Top 5 contender at Barber or COTA.
I check the MA website daily but I haven't noticed them announcing this series of YT videos on the Talent Cup, until JU pointed them out here: https://www.roadracingworld.com/new...road-to-motogp-to-feature-talent-cup-in-2025/ Looks pretty cool!
Dale Quarterly and Bob Robbins ran one in Jr. Cup for 4 or 5 years- I would imagine finding the correct partner, or the funding, or both is the key. Just like everything in racing. We don't have a Red Bull Rookies series here in the US, but since this is going to be our version of a "pipeline" (as much as one can exist), in my dream world Red Bull, KTM, and Kramer could partner with an operator like M4 or the old Rickdiculous team and show up with a semi full of these bikes for the kids to ride. Europe is a different world, but it's like the Aprilia RS660 cup in Italy. You could show up with your own RS660, but 99% of the grid was part of the arrive and ride Aprilia program.
This cool Kramer was at NJMP yesterday. I heard it has the "R-spec" (RR? I don't know) motor with a few extra touches. First day out.
Announced some time ago. Nice to see one in the wild. https://www.kramermotorcyclesusa.com/2025-kramer-gp2-890-xx
