I dropped 35 lbs in 9 weeks I went from 230 to 195 and am 6'2". Now I want to maintain 195 and shed a few more lbs of fat and gain a few lbs of muscle. I'm 31 and a year ago was sleeping 20 hours a day. Basically my pituitary gland is broken, and my testosterone was down to 120(level of 110 yr old man) normal is 700-900. Last check up, I was at 1300 . First time in my life I've been able to put on muscle. 3 hours a day working out-6 days a week and only 1400 calories with less than 50g of Carbs per day. Now I can drop an hour of cardio off regiment and add a half hour more of weights a day First time in the 190s in like 7 years
Thanks guys. With doctors getting my hormones in balance and doing so much working out, its amazing how my energy is through the roof :up:

I dropped 30lbs last year in as short a time, but I didnt have the extra crap you had to deal with. That is pretty awesome you pulled it off. Now dont fall of fhte wagon, I have, and gained about ten back.... I need to get back strict again.
Nice job Scott.. My buddy Ian is trying the same (well, without the 20hrs a day sleeping/testosterone issue..LOL), he found out that with almost no carbs though, he had zero energy.
Nice job! I went from 190 to 150 but did it the wrong way (i'm only 5'6). Basically didn't eat for about 3 months....Lost a lot of muscle mass in the process. Need to start adding some back. Keep it up!!!(fnar, fnar) Cheers, Lee S.
Sweet, I lost 54 pounds since Jan 1st and all for racing. I'm 6'3 at 194. I also want to stay on this weight, my old lady is saying that I'm getting to boney.
Awesome!! Now you can fit in your wedding dress! Seriously though...awesome stuff. I'm 5'8" and need to lose a few pounds myself and gain some muscle. need to go from belly fat of 142 (beer/coffee/donuts) to about 135, and my real goal is 130, but that's not going to happen. Great to hear that you have reached your goal, now the key is to maintain it
... and cut weight at the same time? WINNY With that much weight dropped in that little time were you not eating or just taking really big poops?
