Easy. Just follow the trail of oil. Though from an HD dealership, it might be somewhat difficult to discern which trail, so there's that.
Had to be an inside job, unless the key fobs were in the fairing. The security system won’t let it start unless the key fob is there or you have the override code to enter through the turn signals
Inside for sure. Knowing they have gas/battery power etc.... Plus the way that dude walked/ran is pretty easy to spot. Someone knows something.
Aren’t the current HD sales numbers in the tank? Dealer is probably thankful he’s got 4 less units on floor plan.
Oddly, that's what I was thinking from the way that the one guy turned the lock and unlocked the door. They also didn't take/steal anything else. For $100,000 of bikes out the door, that's probably a couple of month of operating cash from the Insurance.. So odd that I think that way.
Seems odd that they have bikes sitting there all ready to go. Most dealers I know, us included didn't prep a bike until it was sold and leaving.
Shouldn't be that hard to catch them. Just set up by the local marina and wait. With all those stolen anchors it's just a matter of time before they steal the boats to go with them.
I was going to say they are already in a shipping container and on their way to Russia or the middle east but no one has any damn shipping containers 'cause they're all still on the ships off the coast of Kali.
so KTM/Husky does a thing (not all of their bikes, i think the street legal ones), where they have a PIN code that has to be entered otherwise after a 100 miles the bike will dead itself until the PIN code is entered. would be funny if these guys got down the road and the bikes died. although, i'm sure they'll just be parted out anyway, so not sure that it would matter.
