Had to say goodbye to my buddy today

    One of the hardest days of my life was saying goodbye.

    I feel for you. Our black lab has cancer also, been preparing ourselves for the day. I don't want to see him suffer so when he starts to show signs of pain I'll take him to get the shot.Gonna be hard to do.

    Sorry for your loss. I love my pup and it's hard to say goodbye when they leave.
    My 9 1/2 y.o. Schnauzer had very bad stomach cancer and it ripped me apart inside when we had to let her go back in 2009...

    I am so sorry for your loss. A cancerous stomach tumor forced me to put my Bernese Mountain dog to sleep two months ago. I know it was the right thing to do but that didn't make it any easier. Not a day goes by that I don't think about him. I thought the pain would go away but I guess it isn't going to happen…so all I can do is focus on the good times we shared and the happiness he brought me.
