One helluva nice guy https://www.ohlinsusa.com/news/in-m...qNPeTznAtzl524r6rfsAtgPSWqNxo&mibextid=Zxz2cZ
Bummer, I remember when he used to run PPS back in the day. Talked to him a few times on the phone, seemed like a really nice guy. Godspeed good sir.
I remember delivering a set of forks to him at his shop in Anaheim…turns out it was a slow day for him so he actually spent the time to walk me through the whole process from tear down to finish, and did such a great job of explaining how things worked in a way that I could understand… Really helpful man… RIP Stig
Great guy and extremely knowledgeable. Got to know him in 1990, before and at Daytona. He worked closely with Clark Jones back then, when he started Noleen J6, after both Clark and I left Yamaha Motor Co.
Man, I've been offline for a few days and saw this morning on RRW that Stig had passed. RIP Stig. Thank you for your help and great suspension work during several of my race seasons. One of the truly nice guys I met while racing over the years.
