I wish I could friggin sleep. Take last night for example. I was out drinking and partying, got to bed about midnight with a decent buzz on. You'de think that would be conducive to a good nights sleep but no, I'm up at 5 am. Uncle Sam screwed up my sleep 30 years ago and I've never adjusted. 5-6 hours is all I ever get.
I'm an early riser also, usually up around 4-5 am. 6 hours is plenty of sleep for me. I like the quietness in the morning when I'm up 2 hours before the wife and kids. I can't lay in bed either, when I wake up, I'm out of bed instantly. I have been know to take a 2-3 hour nap after work:up:
I go through crazy cycles, sometimes i cant get enough sleep, could sleep 9 hours and wake up still sleepy. sometimes 4-6 and hop up ready to roll(this is my cycle now, just started this week). Don't know why, guess i'm just F'd up. This beer is good, it's supposed to ice up here today
Word is that they just shut down I-65 in Central Kentucky due to ice, so I would say it is heading your way:up:
Schools and all are closed here as well due to ice...extra cardio today as that means the grand-daughter will be here as well.:wow:
Haven't slept much since ever I can remember. Up till 1 or 2 every night and rise around 6 in the morning. Never required that much sleep though.
Just woke up for my internship, waiting for my roommate to get out of the shower. I hate waking up this early I want to die.
Up before 5 on weekdays, sleeping in is 7-8 AM unless I have a really late gig...then I might make it until 10 AM.
I wish I could wake up early and head to the gym for a workout. I can barely wake up in time for work much less an hour earlier to workout. Also, everything I have read says you should get 7-8 hours sleep if you train heavily maybe thats not true
Actually, contrary to popular belief, due to the effect it has on melatonin production, the brain and the body in general, alcohol is not conducive to a good night's sleep.
Yeah, I've heard that too. I just figured as much as I was spinning in the bed I would get at least 5-6 hours solid Didn't happen.
