So as some here may know my Power commander 3 went bad and so the plan was to have a tune flashed
to my ECU, so to be sure no other issues arose I asked 2WDyno will my Dynojet quick shift module still work. They say no it will not work, I email the original tuner who put the tune in the PC3 and asked him the same question, he is a Dynojet authorized dealer and he said it will still work.
So how do I know which is correct. It will cost me over 1k for the flash and then to run it on the track so I really need to know sure sure, and there is also the issue of the testing it by using it and hitting a gear with
no clutch and no engine cut would not be a good plan for the gear box.

How do I deal with an ecu flash tune and still have the quick shift or is the another new Dynojet nightmare?

The Intellishift is a standalone quickshifter, it'll work. It goes between your ECU and your coils and doesn't care what the ECU is doing, it'll cut spark when you upshift.

It's not a quickshifter 'module' for a Powercommander, those require a Powercommander in place to function. If you didn't specify you're using an Intellishift 2WDW likely assumed you meant either the module or just a raw sensor on the shift rod with it's connector hanging in the breeze after you pulled the Powercommander.

Also... if you're having 2WDW flash the ECU, how is it going to cost you $1k?

I guess that was a bad choice of words to call it a module, I sent the same picture to 2 wheel Dyno works , and Nate replied
that it will not work , saying "you'll lose the quickshifter" , the quichsifter does have it own power supply so it would be independent
from the PC3 is what I thought ?

The flash is $300 plus $350 for the track plus $150 fuel, tax ect is around $1000 Cnd.

Found the old install instruction for the PC3 that is on the bike, it has no provision for a quick shift and the quick shift instruction
clearly show you can run it on a bike and the bike does not need a PC 3 or any other PC tuner.
So clearly 2 wheel Dyno was incorrect.

At some point if I keep this bike all that Dynojet product(s) are coming off and will put on a proven reliable product.
