thats got to be embarrasing for the design professionals... usually those houses are constructed from non combustable materials. I have seen a 72v lithium golf cart fire torch a brand new 3,000 sq ft tract house... the fire got so hot the house adjacent had to be to resheathed, reroofed, and all new winders & doors..
