a base model vette wont be worth buying to make money from. buy it, drive it and enjoy it if you want to get it. but dont buy it thinking it will be worth more in the future - it wont - at least for a VERY VERY long time. its not a zr1.
Z06 write-ups are out. looks better (still not a fan of the rear) but it's performance is amazing! https://www.caranddriver.com/reviews/a41411338/2023-chevrolet-corvette-z06-by-the-numbers/ "America's Supercar" https://www.thedrive.com/new-cars/2...-c8-price-specs-driving-impressions-chevrolet
My buddie just sent this to me. https://www.roadandtrack.com/review...orvette-z06-review-one/?source=nl&date=100322
Gotta admit, I like the look of that Corvette SUV. If they make that, with a gas V8 in it, I would get one.
But I dont get it, why come out with a completely different kind of vehicle, and give it the same name? What is next, a Silverado 4-door sedan?
I agree, makes no sense to me. Ford with the Mach E especially bothers me, since they had other good names to use, Lightning or Thunderbird I dont like the Corvette name usage either, but I think GM has played with the idea of making Corvette its own sub-brand with a few different vehicles.
Hmmm hey marketing department, we have already shut down the brands Pontiac, Oldsmobile, Buick and Saturn…..but hey let’s create another brand and call it Corvette!!! Yea that’s the ticket. Sure we could use Trans am, but that has bad Pontiac juju, instead we will just f-up the corvette brand and legacy.
Funny I was thinking it could still be around because they are popular in China, but I was on a roll and too lazy to google.
From the side, it isnt too bad. I love the shape of the SUV/Crossovers in a Coupe (obviously, because that's all I have bought over the last 8 years). But from the front it is ugly, and from the back it is hideous. But I have never liked the looks of the Mustang in general. The headlights and taillights have always looked stupid as fuck to me. But regardless, being electric is a deal breaker. Which means... Fuck Ford.
what makes a Z06 a Z06 https://www.caranddriver.com/news/g...tails-changes-stingray/?source=nl&date=100622
I think chevy is stupid enough to sell a "corvette" minivan. Ive always wondered how much money they lose by selling such ugly cars
there are two Uruss at my kids school and looking at them in the car line let me actually warm up to the design a bit. I mean, in the end it’s a better ATLAS but hey, it’s got a bull in the logo. surprises me that it took chevy so long to knock out something sportier than the z71 in the suv market
