    SpeedR73 I still can’t wheelie.

I’m having a hell of a time sourcing a full tank cover and race air ducts for my 2019 GSXR 750. When you guys switch over to race bodywork are you just keeping your OEM air ducts?? The only stuff I can find seems to be made on demand and comes from Eastern Europe. Bikesplast, pro fiber, plastibike, sebimoto, etc. great prices but shipping is like $200 and will take 2-3 months. If anybody has this available please let me know.

Flexiglass in Vancouver Canada makes tank covers. He has been making bodywork for 30+ years http://flexi-glass.com/suzuki.php?i=1

For air ducts, just get some cheap ones on Amazon.com

Good suggestions, thanks… haven’t heard of Flexiglass yet. I’ll keep him in my vendor list. Everything on Amazon seems to only be listed for 03–05 for some reason. Wish Amazon would let you contact the seller directly to confirm details. I think a lot of these guys are the same sellers on eBay though so I’ll reach out.

You say in your opening thread 'race air ducts'.....There shouldn't be a difference between 'race' air ducts (that i've never heard of) and OEM air ducts? Race bodywork is usually always a direct oem fitment. At least all 20 of my GSXR's have been over the years.

Unless there are some expensive fancy carbon fiber air ducts?

You are correct, for the most part… Most of the race ones are specific to race bodywork. Functionally the same, but much simpler. They don’t have any holes or connection points or ribs on the design. They are the cheap basic tubes. They do make really expensive carbon fiber ones, but I just want a simple second set for my race body work. The stock ones just flop around in the race faring anyways. Max Van from STG said he had some from Hotbodies on his GSXR, so I'm waiting for them to reply as well.

Never had a problem mounting OEM air ducts in race bodywork. Mine always stayed in place....Use a push rivet in the existing hole in the duct and the front fairing pushes tight against the duct and into the frame. Anywho, carry on.

I’m gonna do that for now…
But for anybody else trying to do what I’m doing, I have found that Hot Bodies Racing does have the air ducts. Light and simple for your race bodywork. $100 plus shipping. You just have to reach out to them directly, it’s not on their website. Fiberglass not carbon fiber.

I want to leave the stock air ducts in my street bodywork and it takes a few screws plus push pin rivets.
