I want to know when feminist lawyers are going to start taking up this fight. Women's lib means being proud to be a ho, ala Stormy Daniels.

so are charges still valid in that case? or is one of authority?

 

Authority. Same thing with prison guards and some in the medical field. The student/inmate/patient is their ward and not capable of making an independent decision due to the authority/power of the other person.

You're right. I took the minute to Google, she's certainly not ugly.

 

OK, serious question for a minute. She's 18. She was also arrested and will be arraigned. I get "position of authority" and all, but if she was arrested and will be in court as well, why are they treating her like a "victim"?

Every headline mentions him, but waits until the end to mention that she was arrested too, yet all fail to name or mention that she was actually breaking the law as well.
