@NemesisR6 do you still have the trailer? Still holding up fine?

Besides ATC and InTech, are there any other quality manufactures of aluminum trailers? Not much in the used market for ATC or InTech enclosed trailers, so I’m widening my search to other brands.

For reference, looking for a 7x14/16 enclosed trailer.

No, I sold it back in 2022. Just wasn't using it as much as the kids were growing up and we weren't doing as many family activities with it anymore. However, we managed to create a ton of great trips with it over the years I had it, and other than one small support bracket that I had to get fixed (5 minute job at the local welder), the trailer was essentially flawless during the time I had it.

I decided to pick up an old, single axle aluminum enclosed trailer that I gutted, fully insulated, and built out with a few small amenities to make things relatively comfortable at the track. I can tow it with ease with our Honda Ridgeline and obviously much easier to get in and out of places.

Don't mind the fuel jugs.....they are empty in this pic and are stored on the tongue when traveling.

Heck yeah, Ridgeline and 7x12 for the win. I didn't deck mine out with cabinets like you, I need the room for bikes. But we did the minor amenities too. Little portable AC and a TV, along with an LED light strip. I'm going to use it as my mini toy hauler when I retire soon. I've thought about putting a small solar system in it but I'll wait to see how trailer life works out after a few trips. I'm getting 15mpg while pulling this, I don't think that's horrible.

Yea, for just me it really does feel like the perfect setup. I don't go anywhere without bathroom facilities and packing enough food for myself in the cooler with a little dry ice will keep things ice cold for up to a week. The little portable A/C will hold it at 68F all day in even the hottest temps if I want.....

Oh, and the Ridgeline might just be my favorite vehicle we've ever owned since we picked up a new 2024 last year. Don't get me wrong, my F150 was flawless and a fantastic vehicle, but the Ridgeline just does so many things much better than it has any right to.......

Did not realize these (ATC) were built in Illinois. No personal experience but they appear to be built like a tank. And the price reflects this.

PSA - Do not buy Stealth Nomad TH expecting them to be any better than typical tissue paper RV built by methheads.

@NemesisR6 that looks like an awesome setup! I want to do the samething but with a 7x14/16 tandem.

Going to ask this again, what are other top brand aluminum trailer makers besides ATC and InTech?

Stealth, Legend, and Featherlite are a few more that seem to have national presence.

Beyond that you will probably have some smaller regional builders that do standard or custom setups with aluminum framing and varying degrees of options.

Stealth (NOMAD) sucks (for what they cost) - no better than any other tissue paper RV/TH.

NOTE - this is in reference to the RV interior build quality, not the base trailer it is based on.

If anyone wants more info - feel free to PM.

I've read the same feedback from a few other folks in regards to Stealth.

Seems like there are a few other brands: Aluma, Triton, Featherlite, NEO and Legends. But none of them really compare to ATC or InTech, which isn't much more expensive than the other brands.

I owned a Stealth Nomad for a short period of time. I bought it in 2021 and used it for 1 season and sold it in 2022. I nearly broke even when I sold it so that was great. The fresh water tank was cracked when I got it. The sensors for black and grey tanks were reversed on the monitor. The cabinets were not square. They are heavy trailers and built on what seemed like a solid trailer. I went into it expecting issues like any other RV. All the systems are easily accesible and was straight forward to work on.

Overall I was happy with it but it was a short window that I owned it.
