People here are slipping. I mean it's been a minute and no one has asked if they are going to put Putnam on the schedule..
These guys? https://www.evolvegt.com/?fbclid=IwAR1whQdc-RfY41q7oa9QsGiedOGpUC47FXCLwHsxCtRM7FUwjdE3Tnoyseo
Interesting, I want to see what the classes will look like. And have my fingers crossed that Road America is back on the calendar ( I know it is very unlikely).
I've ridden a bunch of track days with Evolve GT and a few of their "Motogladiator" races. They run a decent track day; all on-line registration and check-in at the track with a phone app work well. Their racing series has undergone significant changes over each of the last three years, run solely as an add-on to a track day. They've thrown only very limited resources at it. Its pretty hokey in my experience, but I suppose as a brief transition between track days and real racing, for those who need one, its ok. It will be interesting to see what happens to ASRA/CCS in their hands but I'm pretty sure I'll stick with WERA.
“As the current leader in Sportsman level motorcycle racing…” based on what criteria.. contingency IOU’s?
Glad to hear they're FINALLY going to a digital registration process. It was so tedious back in the day when you'd have to print out, fill out and mail in reg forms with a check.
filled in one page, made copies of a seasons worth of entries, just added the track and date on top. faxed in, with a credit card number filled in... easy. Keep in mind this is coming from a guy that grew up without cell phones, computers, or even copy machines or fax machines.
