I guess I should clarify... Do you want to be a realtor or an investor? Having bought our first unit- a condo, and working on the second- a townhome, it's a total addiction. The payoff / work ratio is pretty amazing, on paper anyway. We'll see what happens in the next 2-5 years. In case you missed this thread... Real Estate Investing... What's the scam?
