I have been wanting to replace the Seamaster that I gave to my son a while back but I am really not a fan of the new bracelets on the Seamasters (Omega keeps sending me emails). I'm sure that there are work-arounds or other options available but I really liked the bracelet on the old watch (circa 2015?). Who thought that these new bracelets were more better?

 

The bracelet is now that stupid "dressed up" one from the higher dollar models? Hated that thing.

 

Not a fan. Do these even have the option that makes them a true diver's watch? (being able to expand the wristband/bracelet to fit over a wetsuit) Not that I will ever need that option but just aesthetically these don't "float my boat".

The Milanese bracelets are period correct for the 50s and 60s skin diver / scuba divers.

They started as "Uncle Seiko" for both vintage and modern Seikos. They have branched out and are now moving upscale.
For any of my 20+ vintage Seiko Chronos, I have used their bracelets if I don't have an authentic one.
