Slips on acceleration in higher RPMs. Has the complete Norton upgrade kit installed.

Has anyone still had issues with theirs after upgrading?

Including the .19 cent hardware store spring they sell for $30? That solved my issue.

And double check its adjustment, should engage close to the bars. Otherwise it's pretty straightforward, I can't think of anything other than a worn clutch.

Do they have a stack height recommendation and have you compared yours to it? Are there any finger grooves/notches in the basket or drum?

Is your clutch lever loose/sloppy when its resting/out? Or, maybe clutch cable routing has it sticking. See if the cable is slack at the engine end.

No. Everything is right. That's why this is so confusing.

I counter with something is definitely NOT right. :p Sorry, had too;)

I know there are 2 different clutch actuator pins, one updated, one not, and they are different dimensions. Check the Norton site for deets to make sure you got the right one.
