I get it but was it really competitive the last few years?

I thought it was, could we at least race in the 400 class? I have both a Ninja 400 and a RS125 and I turn close to the same lap times on both.

I don't care if they let you run the 125, but come on... a well tuned 125 should easily run with SV's and crush a 400. My 400 times are about 2 seconds off my SV times, but that's not a good indication of the bikes capability.

Run with a SV yes, crush a 400 , not according to lap times at several races I looked up. The stock SV's, 400's and RS 125 run very similar lap times. I have raced all three bikes. Run the 125's with the 400's and then let them bump up to the SV class = more entries. win/win

No, even if you do the same times the bikes aren't remotely equal sorry.

Just because you haven't seen anyone truly ride a 125 at tit's limits doesn't change what the bikes are capable of - even getting older.

Apologies for the dumb question, but I haven't raced this since Lightweight Twins on an SV650 and F3 on a Moriwaki, and in those cases the classes and bump-ups were pretty straightforward. I'd like to ride an FS450 motard this year, but I'm not seeing a good fit. Is the answer right in front of me on the list of classes, and I'm just an idiot for missing it?

Not a lot for modern small bikes at this event with the focus more on vintage stuff. You can race it but it'd be in classes against the SVs and Aprilia 660 and such.

Jeeze.... thanks. Looks like it's CC and MX again this year. Dang.

Any classes appropriate for a Kramer 690? Asking for a friend...
Guessing formula 2... what else? Being competitive is less a concern than being eligible

I was planning on coming out this year and racing the F3 class. I noticed yesterday it was not on the schedule and just figured I would chime in as well.

So what's the story on GP500? It shows up on the practice groups but not on the race schedule. Please don't put it in Race 8. You've already stacked two of my registered races into the same race and I'd hate to have a third in the same race. :)

Does anyone know what the shower situation is like at MidO? I saw some on the map beyond the upper paddock area but how many are there and what was utilization like last year?

I’m planning on camping the entire weekend and that’s the one last thing I need to sort out.

I know there are showers over at the maintenance building but not sure about quality.

there is an instragram account called Racetrack_Shower_Reviews that does an accurate and funny review of showers at various tracks. it's pretty good if you need a laugh

If they haven't changed in the last 10 years they're OK. Don't expect a cubicle though, they're a large communal set up.
