2009 Rulebook is up

Quick highlight of changes:

Added E & W Superstock classes

Upped the twins displacement in C classes to 850cc to allow the 848 in both CSS and CSB.

Allowed the 1098 in SS trim in BSB.

Made it official that V3 machines are allowed in Clubman

Allowed disc brakes in V1

Allowed 250 GP machines up to 1999 into V7 Heavyweight

Removed the Super Motard class due to lack of participation.
